This free version of the program lets you use a maximum of eight scores, and a limited of musical signs, and dynamics of aspects and time.

Moreover, although you can save and print your scores, you will not be able to export them to MIDI format, so you will always have to listen to your scores from within the program itself. However, if you have a sound card with 'stereo mix' output, then you can save it in WAV format.
Forte Free is an interesting application for music lovers, because, despite having fewer functions than the paid version, it offers lots of possibilities.

I installed FORTE FREE 3.0, the free version; however, when creating scores and pressing play to listen to them, they don't produce sound. What am I missing? Please could you assist me? Thank you.
